Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of concluding it, without giving any reason, pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights. To exercise this right, the Client must inform Galebe of the decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to [email protected].
Please note that if, with the Client's express consent, mentorship sessions begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the Services have been fully performed, or a proportionate amount may be due for services already provided up to the moment of withdrawal.
Complaints regarding the quality or delivery of the Services may be submitted at any time to [email protected]. Galebe will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Where a complaint is justified, Galebe will offer a remedy such as rescheduling of sessions, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.
Galebe provides mentorship, guidance and educational content in good faith and based on professional experience. However, Galebe does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or success of any venture undertaken by the Client as a result of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Galebe's liability for damages arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific mentorship package giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Polish law, including liability for intentional harm.
